Order and delivery terms for booking requests

These terms apply to booking requests for Chalet Nulkka sent through this website.

1. General

The service provider is Levin Hiihtogreeni Oy. The customer is the person or company submitting a booking request.

2. Booking request and confirmation

Sending the request does not create a final booking. The owner confirms availability, price and terms separately. A booking becomes binding only when both parties have confirmed it in writing and any required payment has been completed according to the instructions.

3. Prices and scope

The price shown on the website is an estimate. The final price is confirmed in the booking confirmation. Additional services such as bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included or excluded as specified in the confirmation.

4. Payment and cancellation

Payment terms, any advance payment and cancellation terms are confirmed with the booking confirmation. If the customer does not follow the confirmed payment terms, the seller may cancel the booking.

5. Guest responsibilities

The customer agrees to follow the property rules and general safety instructions and is responsible for damage caused by negligence or use contrary to the agreed terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The seller is not liable for delays, cancellations or disruptions caused by force majeure. The seller's liability is limited to what applicable mandatory law requires.

7. Data protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with the privacy notice, for handling the request, customer communication and fulfilling the booking.
