Who we are

What we collect

When you send a booking request we store your name, email address, phone number if given, your message, the requested dates and number of guests, and your consent choices. The site itself sets no tracking cookies.

Why and on what basis

To answer your request, prepare a booking and communicate about your stay (performance of a contract or steps before one). Marketing messages are sent only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Where the data lives

Booking requests are stored in our booking system database (Turso, EU region) and in our email provider (Resend). Both act as our processors under a data processing agreement.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for the duration required by Finnish accounting law; unconfirmed requests are removed after 12 months.

Analytics

We use cookieless analytics (Umami) that stores no personal data and needs no consent.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction or deletion of your data and lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman. Email us at info@levifinland.fi.
